21 years ago, Cathy was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease.  From that moment on she quickly learnt that all the yummy treats that she had got accustomed to growing up, were now a no-no. As all Coeliac's would be aware, trying to eat out, or just stopping for a quick bite always proves to be a challenging task when the person serving you has no idea what is in your food. 

Always having a passion for baking and cooking in general, Cathy started to make her own favourite treats and over the years has perfected her recipes. That is when Gluten Be Gone was born.
